Ingredients

2/3 cup (150 mL) Yoplait® Source Plain Yogurt
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cumin
1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup /125 mL)
2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tbsp/30 mL)
12 imitation crabmeat sticks (about 1 oz each), chopped
1 cup (250 mL) finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely shredded red bell pepper
2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tbsp/30 mL)
1/4 tsp (1 mL) red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) pepper
4 large (10 inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix yogurt, cilantro, cumin, tomato and green onions.
  • 2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining ingredients except tortillas over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
  • 3 Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons salsa on each tortilla; top with about 2/3 cup crabmeat mixture. Roll up each tortilla; cut diagonally into thirds.
