Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar-free fat-free instant chocolate pudding, fully prepared
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground cinnamon
  • 1 Fibre 1™ Delights 90 Calorie Cinnamon Bun
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps

    Whisk together the pudding, yogurt and cinnamon and spoon the mixture over the bar.

    Stick it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Take it out and add a dollop of whipped cream.
