Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 each green pepper & onion
  • 1 pkg (470 g) Old El Paso* Fajita Dinner Kit
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) turkey, cut into strips
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Steps

    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook green pepper and onion 3 minutes until tender- crisp.
  • 2
    Stir in turkey, seasoning mix and 1/4 cup (50 mL) water; cook for 2 minutes.

    Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  • 4
    Spoon some fajita filling onto each tortilla. Top with fajita sauce, and if desired shredded cheese and sour cream.

    Roll up tortillas to serve.
