Sugar and Spice Dip (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) brown sugar or honey
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) vanilla yogurt
1/2 honeydew melon, cubed (about 2 1/2 cups/625 mL)
1 3/4 cups (425 mL) red raspberries

  • 1 In small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in yogurt.
