Here's a layered breakfast treat that combines sweet, smooth and crunchy in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Yoplait SourceTM or Yoplait Creamy Stirred Yogurt (any flavour)
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Nesquick cereal
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) sunflower seeds
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 4 fresh strawberries

Steps

    For each serving, spoon 1/4 cup (50 mL) yogurt into bottom of tall glass. Add 1/4 cup (50 mL) cereal. Top with 1 tbsp (15 mL) sunflower seeds, several banana slices and 2 tbsp (25 mL) yogurt.
  • 2
    Repeat with cereal, banana slices and 2 tbsp (25 mL) yogurt. Sprinkle with remaining sunflower seeds. Top with strawberry.
