Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen limeade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) poppy seed, if desired
  • 12 cups (3 L) cut up fresh fruit (cantaloupe, kiwifruit, pink grapefruit)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) slivered almonds, toasted

    Mix honey, limeade concentrate and poppy seed in medium bowl.

    Carefully toss fruit with honey mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
