While my sister and I were visiting our Mom recently, she made me a quick and easy dip that was absolutely delicious. It's a snack that she and her son love to share, and I've now shared it with my family.
INGREDIENTS:
1 jar of Old El Paso salsa
One 140g package of goat cheese (She used plain, but I've made it with peppercorn goat cheese as well.)

DIRECTIONS:
Pour salsa into microwaveable bowl. Crumble approximately 1/2 of the package of goat cheese evenly over top of the salsa. Place a paper towel on top to prevent splatter, and microwave on medium for 2 minutes.

Serve with the chips of your choice, and enjoy!
