Ingredients

  • 1 Fibre 1™ Delights 90 calorie cinnamon bun
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) diced Granny Smith apple

    Cut cinnamon bun into 12 bite-size pieces. In small serving glass, layer half of the pieces and half of the yogurt. Repeat layers; top with diced apple and enjoy.
