Strawberry Yogurt Bruschetta

Yogurt makes an excellent spread! Try it with some delicious fresh fruit for a colourful bruschetta.

Ingredients

  • 3 bagels, split (or 6 mini bagels, split)
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) berries, diced strawberries or any favourite fresh fruit pieces
  • 1 container (100 g) Yoplait® Source®  Greek Strawberry Yogurt (or your favourite flavour)

Steps

    Place bagels in toaster until lightly crusted. Cool 5 minutes.
  • 2
    Spoon yogurt on top of each bagel slice. Spoon berries or cut up fruit on top of yogurt. Serve immediately.
