Chocolate Peanut Butter + Vanilla Greek Frozen Yogurt + Sprinkles:
In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows in 1-minute intervals until completely melted and smooth. Add Cheerios and mix well until cereal is well coated. Spread Cheerios mixture onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and smooth into an even rectangle. Allow to cool. Once cool, use a 3” round cutter to cut out “cookies” for the sandwiches. Scoop ½ cup of Greek frozen yogurt onto one of the cookies and smooth with back of a spoon. Top with additional cookie and press together to adhere. Roll the perimetre of sandwich in sprinkles and freeze until ready to serve.
