Shredded chicken and tortilla bowls make for a simple slow-cooker dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1.75 lbs (about 1 kg) chicken breasts
  • 1 can (398 mL) fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 packet (28 g) Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 package Old El Paso™ taco seasoning
  • 1 package (8 count) Old El Paso™ Tortilla Bowls
  • Taco toppings, as desired

Steps

    Place chicken, canned tomatoes, Ranch mix and taco seasoning in a slow-cooker set to Low. Cover and cook for 4 to 8 hours, or until chicken is easily shredded with a fork.
  • 2
    Shred meat and serve inside tortilla bowls.
  • 3
    Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream or any favourite taco toppings.
