Serve your guests these stuffed eggs. They are delicious appetizers ready in 40 minutes.


  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dry mustard or 2 tsp (10 mL) prepared mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise, salad dressing or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika or chopped fresh parsley

    Place eggs in large saucepan; cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.

    Peel eggs; halve lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork.
  • 3
    Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
