  • 1 pkg Pillsbury* Ready To Bake* Bunny Shape* or Easter Chick Shape* Cookies
  • 3 cups (750 mL) ice cream or sherbet, softened slightly

    Heat oven to 375°F. Bake cookies as directed on package. Cool completely.
  • 2
    For each sandwich cookie, turn one cookie upside down. Place about 1/4 cup softened ice cream in centre of the cookie; flatten slightly. Place a second cookie on top of ice cream. On a flat surface gently press cookies together to form an ice cream sandwich. Ice cream should spread to edge of cookies. Quickly place sandwich cookies on plate and cover with foil. Repeat with remaining cookies.

    Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
