These cookies can be eaten right away, but they are especially good when chilled in the fridge first!

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (510 g) Pillsbury* Refrigerated Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chunk Cookies
  • 1 tub (450 g) Betty Crocker* Creamy Deluxe Betty Crocker* Whipped Frosting (any flavour)

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2
    Prepare cookies according to package directions for 36 cookies. Cool cookies completely.

    Stir room temperature frosting 20 times. Spread approximately 1 heaping teaspoon (5 mL) frosting on inside surface of one cookie. Place second cookie on top, forming a sandwich.

    Store covered in refrigerator until serving.
