Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury* Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto, cut into thin strips
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) apricot preserves

    Heat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough on baking sheet; press dough into 15x12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese and blue cheese uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir until well mixed. Spread mixture over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; top with prosciutto.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave preserves uncovered on High about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth; drizzle over pizza.

    Bake 8 to 12 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and preserves in centre of pizza start to bubble.
