Triple Berry Oatmeal Muesli

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups (675 mL) old fashioned oats or rolled barley
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced almonds
  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) Yoplait® Source Vanilla Yogurt (or any fruit flavour)
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) milk
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced fresh strawberries

Steps

    Heat oven to 350ºF. On cookie sheet, spread oats and almonds. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.

    In large bowl, mix yogurt and milk until well blended. Stir in toasted oat mixture and flaxseed. Spoon mixture into individual serving bowls. Top each serving with berries.
