Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Betty Crocker* Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) vegetable oil
  • ½ cup (125 mL) water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) REESE® Minis PEANUT BUTTER CUPS® Candy, divided (210 g pkg)
  • ½ cup (125 mL) smooth peanut butter

    Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease or spray with non-stick cooking spray bottom only of 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan.

    In medium bowl, combine brownie mixes, oil, water and eggs just until everything is well blended. Stir in 2/3 cup (150 mL) mini peanut butter cups. Spread mixture in prepared pan.

    Drop peanut butter by tablespoons onto brownie batter. Swirl with metal spatula or knife for marbled effect.

    Bake 27 to 29 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches (5 cm) from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool 45 minutes and sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup (150 mL) mini peanut butter cups over surface, pressing in slightly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares or triangles.
