Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  to 1 cup (125 mL to 250 mL) frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Yoplait® Source® Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Raspberry or Blueberry (or 3, 100 g single serve containers)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen blueberries

Steps

    Cook broccoli as directed on package; rinse with cold water. Drain.

    In blender place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds.

    Serve immediately.
