Ingredients

  • 1 box (10 oz/300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Fat Free plain yogurt
  • 1 can (218 mL) water chestnuts, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried basil
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic salt
  • Pita chips, crackers or raw cut up vegetables for dipping
