Bisquick Rolled Biscuits

Biscuits are so versatile! Serve them for breakfast with butter and jam or for dinner in place of bread or rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Steps

    Heat oven to 450ºF. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.

    Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick™ mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
