Biscuits are so versatile! Serve them for breakfast with butter and jam or for dinner in place of bread or rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Bisquick* mix
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk

    Rolled Biscuits: Heat oven to 450°F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix; roll to coat. Shape into a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch (1.25 cm) thickness. Cut with 2 1/2-inch (6 cm) cutter dipped in Bisquick mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 8 biscuits.

    Drop Biscuits: After mixing, drop 8 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
