1/2 cup (125 mL) each red and greed pepper strips
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp (5 mL) dried basil
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
1 can (340 g) Pillsbury* Country Biscuits
2 tbsp (25 mL) grated parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In skillet, cook and stir peppers, onion, basil and oil for 1 minute. Separate dough into 10 pieces.

    On greased baking sheet, flatten each biscuit to 4-inch (10 cm) circle. Top with pepper mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Serve warm.

  • Tip: Add sliced mushrooms to your pepper mixture for added flavour and texture.
