Cherries make this smoothie a refreshing way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup honey Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately.

  • Try a berry flavoured yogurt to intensify the berry flavour.
  • To easily and safely clean your blender after making smoothies--fill container halfway with water, and pulse several times to clean off blades before washing.
  • Garnish smoothies with fresh cherries or strawberries.
