Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 large) Old El Paso* Smart Fiesta* made with Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 2 cups (500 mL) reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded or finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can Old El Paso* Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Old El Paso* Thick N' Chunky Salsa (any variety)

Steps

  • 1
    Top one half of each tortilla with cheese, chicken, and green chiles. Fold other half of each tortilla over filling; press down with back of pancake turner.

    Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 2 filled tortillas at a time 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and hot. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
