Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 containers (100 g each) Greek coconut yogurt (about 2/3 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract, if desired

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
