This classic Italian dessert goes Irish in a fun, dippable form!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
  • 1 ounce espresso
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Ladyfingers, for serving

Steps

  • 1
    Add the mascarpone and cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until mixed together.
  • 2
    Beat in the icing sugar, whiskey, and espresso. Scrape down the bowl as needed and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
  • 3
    Spread into a small serving bowl and dust with the cocoa powder.
  • 4
    Serve with ladyfingers.
