Ingredients

  • 1 Fibre 1™ Delights 90 Calorie Lemon Bar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fat-free plain kefir
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) mango sauce (1/3 mango and 1 tbsp/15 mL water)
  • 2 fresh mango spheres

    Pour kefir and homemade mango sauce in a shallow bowl, place lemon bar on top and garnish with two mango spheres.
