This veggie and pepperoni pizza is sure to be a hit with pizza lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury™ refrigerated pizza crust
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 oz (85 g) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  • 1
    Heat oven to 425°F. Spray or grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough and place on cookie sheet; starting at centre, press out dough to edge of cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes until crust is set and dry.

    Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with remaining ingredients.

    Bake 7 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

  • Tip 1
    Any colour bell peppers can be substituted for the green bell peppers in this recipe.
  • Tip 2
    Add a little spice to your pizza by sprinkling with crushed red pepper flakes.
