Rich bars for all the peanut butter fans!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Reese’s Puffs
  • 40 marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 cups of butter
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of crushed Graham crackers
  • Milk chocolate chips, melted (optional)

Steps

    Directions: Coat a large Pyrex baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Add the marshmallows and melt them, stirring constantly.
  • 3
    Add the Reese’s Puffs and stir to coat cereal with the marshmallow mixture.

    Pour into prepared baking pan.

    Wet your hands to keep mixture from sticking to your fingers, then press mixture down evenly.

    In a saucepan, melt remaining butter and the peanut butter.
  • 7
    Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Stir until all lumps disappear.

    Add crushed Graham crackers and mix well.

    Spread over Reese’s Puffs, drizzle with melted chocolate (if using) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Cut into rectangles.
