Ingredients

  • 6 to 9 (2 to 3 pkg of 3 cups each) REESE® PEANUT BUTTER CUPS® (regular-sized)
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker* Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) water
  • 1 egg

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) or 350°F (180°C) for dark or non-stick baking sheet. Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups. Cut each cup into approximately 12 pieces; set aside.

    Stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Gently stir peanut butter cup pieces into dough. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from baking sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
