Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker* Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) water
  • 1 egg
  • 24 REESE® Minis PEANUT BUTTER CUPS® Candy (from 210 g pkg)

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line 24 mini muffin cups with paper baking cups.

    Stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Spoon about1 tbsp (15 mL) dough into each of the prepared muffin cups.
  • 3
    Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each cookie. Cool completely in muffin pan.
