Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Bisquick* Mix
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried dill weed
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans (213 g each) boneless skinless salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Havarti or Swiss cheese

Steps

    Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, dill weed, milk, sour cream and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Gently stir in salmon and cheese. Pour into pie plate.

    Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

    Variation: Easy Tuna Puff: Substitute 2 cans (213 g each) tuna, drained, for the salmon.
