Rocky Road Bars

Who doesn't love "Rocky Road" recipes? This one will not disappoint! ...MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

1 pkg (510g) Pillsbury* Refrigerated Chocolate Chip OR Chocolate Chunk Cookies

1/3 cup (75 mL) each semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped nuts

1 cup (250 mL) miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Press cookie dough evenly into bottom of greased 13x9-inch (33x23 cm) baking pan.

Sprinkle with chips, nuts and marshmallows, leaving 1/2-inch (1.25 cm) border.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.

Tip: Very young children will enjoy the independence making this recipe. All they have to do is pat the dough into the pan, sprinkle with toppings and ask an adult to help them get it into the oven.
