Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 2
    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

  • Want to make it even prettier? Top with a little extra shredded mint.
  • Try blending in 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal.
