Frozen strawberries, creamy yogurt and a touch of honey and orange juice whip up into tasty smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Yoplait* Source* Plain or Vanilla Yogurt (fat free)
  • 1 bag (300 g) frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) orange juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey

Steps

    In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Add more honey to taste if desired.

    Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately.
