Ingredients

2 Old El Paso™ Mini Tortilla Bowls
1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
3 grape tomatoes, halved
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
Pinch each dried oregano and garlic powder
1 small carrot, cut into sticks
1 stalk celery, cut into sticks

    Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Fill bowls evenly with mozzarella and tomatoes. Drizzle with oil and season with oregano and garlic powder.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tortilla bowl is golden and crisp. (For a make-ahead packed lunch, bake the night before and refrigerate.)

    Serve with carrot and celery sticks.

Expert Tips

  • Add halved pepperoni slices to bowls if desired.
