These easy turkey tortilla bowls are the perfect size for a packed lunch or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
  • 12 Old El Paso™ mini tortilla bowls
  • 6 oz (170 g) sliced deli turkey
  • 2 plum (Roma) tomatoes, sliced and quartered
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) ranch dressing
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped (1/4 cup/50 mL)

Steps

    Divide lettuce among tortilla bowls; top with turkey, tomatoes and avocado slices.

    Drizzle ranch dressing over each bowl, and top with bacon.

Expert Tips

  • Tip 1
    To slice the avocado, cut in half and remove pit. Using large spoon, scoop flesh from skin. Place one half avocado, cut side down, on cutting board. Cut lengthwise into slices.

    Add these toppings for even more flavour: your favourite Old El Paso™ salsa, sliced green onion, shredded cheese.
