Ingredients

2 pkgs (250 g each) refrigerated linguine
1 cup (250 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can or jar (28 oz/796 mL) tomato pasta sauce
1 pkg (250 g) frozen cooked chicken breast strips
1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

    Meanwhile, spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 minutes.
