Ingredients

  • 1 Fibre 1™ Delights 90 Calorie Lemon Bar
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar-free, fat-free instant lemond pudding, prepared
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Yoplait® Source plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (30 mL) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tbsp (30 mL) unsweetened shredded coconut

Steps

  • 1
    Top off a lemon bar with Greek yogurt and lemon pudding mixture and stick it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add a dollop of whipped cream, a lemon wedge and coconut flakes and enjoy!
