A cookie made from half peanut butter cookie dough, half double chocolate cookie dough and filled with caramel bits and pretzels. Recipe by Girl Who Ate Everything.

Ingredients

  • 1 Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix (and ingredients called for on the package)
  • 1 Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix (and ingredients called for on the package)
  • 4 tablespoons flour, divided
  • 1/2 cup pretzels, coarsely chopped
  • 16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped and cut into fourths

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2
    Prepare Peanut Butter cookie dough according to package directions and add the additional 2 tablespoons of flour and stir in. Stir in pretzels. Chill dough in the fridge while preparing the other dough.

    Prepare Double Chocolate cookie dough according to package directions and add the additional 2 tablespoons of flour and stir in. Stir in the caramel.

    Take 1-2 teaspoons of the peanut butter dough and roll it into a ball. Take 1-2 teaspoons of the chocolate chunk dough and roll it into a ball. Take both balls and roll them together gently.

    Place ball on the parchment paper and repeat with the remaining dough.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be soft. Let them cool on the baking sheets.
