Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Betty Crocker* Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  • 1 jar (213 g) marshmallow crème
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) milk
  • 1 1/3 cups (425 mL) REESE® Minis PEANUT BUTTER CUPS® Candy, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped salted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) vegetable oil

Steps

    Heat oven to 350° F/180°C (325° F/160°C for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom of 9x13 (23x33cm) inch pan.

    In medium bowl, combine brownie mixes, oil, water and eggs just until everything is well blended; spread in pan.

    In medium bowl, beat marshmallow crème, peanut butter, and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate peanut butter candies and peanuts.

    In small microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and oil uncovered on High for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring once, until melted. Drizzle over brownies. Let stand 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
