Ingredients

1 pkg Old El Paso™ Hard Taco Dinner Kit
3 cups (750 mL) cut-up deli rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup (125 mL) reduced fat ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded lettuce
3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped tomato
1 cup (250 mL) Creamy Mexicana Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia
1/4 cup (50 mL) sliced green onions (4 medium), optional
Additional ranch dressing, if desired

    Heat oven to 375ºF. Heat taco shells in oven as directed on box.

    Meanwhile, in medium microwavable bowl, place chicken. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix; toss gently to coat. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir in 1/2 cup dressing.

    Spoon warm chicken mixture into heated taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and onions. Drizzle with taco sauce and additional dressing.
