Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 mL) cooked chopped chicken
2 tbsp (30 mL) diced apple
2 tbsp (30 mL) diced celery
1 tsp (5 mL) raisins
2 tbsp (30 mL) plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp (5 mL) grainy mustard
Pinch each salt and pepper
1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded romaine lettuce
2 Old El Paso™ Mini Tortilla Bowls

    In bowl, toss together chicken, apple, celery and raisins; stir in yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
