  • 1 496g bag Betty Crocker TM Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Betty Crocker TM Vanilla Creamy Deluxe* Frosting
  • ½ Tsp + extra red gel food colouring
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 32 slivered almonds

    Preheat the oven to 350C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place softened butter and egg into a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cookie dough mix and mix until a dough forms. 1 ½ “ balls of dough. Place onto the baking sheet with 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely before cutting in half.

    Mix the frosting with the food colouring until well combined. Spread a small amount onto each half of the cookie.

    Place 6 mini marshmallows around the round edges of half the cookie. Carefully dip two almonds into the gel food colouring. Stick them on the sides of the marshmallows to create fangs. Place the other cookie half on top.
