Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ Frozen Raspberry Pastries
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely diced peeled mango
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely diced peeled fresh pineapple
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) shredded sweetened coconut, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    Toast and squeeze icing on pastries as directed on package. Place each on small serving plate.
  • 2
    In small bowl, toss cut fruit. Serve alongside or on top of pastries. Sprinkle with coconut.
