Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 mL) honey
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen limeade concentrate (thawed)
1 tbsp (15 mL) poppy seed, if desired
12 cups (3 L) cut up fresh fruit (cantaloupe, kiwifruit, pink grapefruit)
1/2 cup (125 mL) slivered almonds, toasted
