Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) honey
1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen (thawed) limeade concentrate
2 tsp (10 mL) poppy seed, if desired
4 cups (1 L) cut-up fresh fruit
1/4 cup (50 mL) slivered almonds, toasted
