Fresh mango and lactose free yogurt are a wonderful take on an Indian yogurt drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) chopped mango
  • 1 cup (250 mL) original flavoured soymilk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Yoplait® Yoptimal® Lactose Free Peach-Mango Yogurt
  • Ground ginger

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients except ginger. Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.

    Pour into 4 glasses; top with ginger. Serve immediately.
