1/2 tsp (2 mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 packet sugar-free sweetener

1 Fibre 1™ Delights 90 Calorie Cinnamon Bun

Dash ground cinnamon

2 tsp (10 mL) roasted pecans, chopped

Mix cream cheese, almond milk and sweetener; transfer into a piping bag (or plastic bag with corner snipped off).

Place Fibre 1™ Cinnamon Bun on microwaveable plate. Microwave on High for 10 to 15 seconds until warm.
