Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (213 g) Bugles* Original Flavour Snacks
  • 2 1/2 tsp (12 mL) chat masala
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) peeled and chopped, boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped red onion
  • 2 to 3 tbsp (30 to 45 mL) chopped cilantro
  • Coriander chutney, green chili chutney and tamarind date chutney, as desired
  • Chili paste, as desired
  • Fresh lemon wedges (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped raw mango (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL)sev

Steps

    Crush Bugles* in the bag (small pieces).
  • 2
    To serve: Pour Bugles* into wide serving bowl. Add chat masala and sprinkle tomatoes, potatoes, red onion and cilantro over Bugles*. Add chutneys and chili paste, as desired. Stir well.

    Squeeze fresh lemon over mixture, if desired.
  • 4
    Add mango (if desired) and top with sev. Give a gentle stir and serve immediately.

    Garnish with more cilantro and sev, if desired.
